I couldn’t recommend Unndr enough! The subscription service is great and every set I’ve received has been gorgeous. The customer service is also fantastic, after having problems with the courier they couldn’t have done more to assist and resolve the situation 🫶🏼

Received my first subscription box today and am absolutely in love with the products. The material is so soft, the quality is fab and the set design itself is beautiful. I was unsure of sizing as I am in between so sent a question on instagram and got lovely response with their recommendation within the next hour and this was on a weekend. I’m already very excited to see what the next set will be ❤️

I just received my box with a beautiful set. The website is amazing and easy to use the measuring guild lines are amazing and easy to personalise to the size I needed. The set it self are amazing quality the material is slick and really comfy. I can’t wait for my next box

I’ve seen some people complain about them not accepting returns/swaps but it’s underwear! No shop would do that - it’d be so unhygienic!😂

The designs are different each month so of course might not be to everyone’s taste, but that’s life! I’ve loved both of my sets so far, and get super excited for my surprise set every month!😻 The previous sets on the website are GORGEOUS - I might need to treat myself to an extra set👀

I had a great experience in terms of delivery with my order being quick and efficient. An item was not available and it was quickly resolved in terms of customer service being amazing and helping me massively. I have ordered from Unndr a couple of times now and I love the quality of the products, the sets are beautiful! I recently had trouble with an order and the customer service department were so helpful ☺️ They got back to me very quickly and were apologetic that something had gone wrong with my order. They sorted the issue straight away, am very pleased with how they handled my query
