Clothing Returns
For non-intimate clothing items (e.g., pyjamas, outerwear, loungewear), we’re happy to accept returns within 28 days of delivery as long as the item is:

Unworn with all tags attached

Unwashed
Once received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method. The customer will be responsible for returning the items to us. Once processed, you'll receive a refund for your original purchase amount minus postage costs.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If anything in your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll ask you to return the item so our team can inspect it. Once confirmed, you’ll receive either:

A full refund, or

A replacement - whichever you prefer.
Underwear (Non-Returnable for Hygiene Reasons)
Because our products include intimate pieces, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on underwear once the hygiene seal has been removed or the item has been tried on. This is simply to protect all customers and to ensure every item we ship is brand-new, unworn, and perfectly hygienic.
Clearance Items
We are unable to accept any returns on clearance items unless faulty or damaged.
