All purchases are final, including subscription charges.
To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription before your next billing date. No refunds will be issued once a payment has been processed

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Our team carefully inspects and hand-packs each order to ensure your pieces arrive in perfect condition. Please double-check all details before placing your order, as we’re unable to make changes once it’s been submitted.

We’re committed to delivering the highest standard of quality. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, email us at hey@unndr.com within 5 business days of receiving your set. Be sure to include a brief description and clear images of the issue.

If approved, refunds for defective items will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return. Please note, refund times may vary depending on your bank.

Please note: A return shipping fee of £3.15 will be deducted from your refund.
