I ordered from Unndr in the black Friday sales, and unfortunately the courier marked the package as delivered but it was no where to be found. As soon as I contacted Unndr and explained the situation they immediately rectified the situation, the same day. The service was helpful, speedy and polite. I would happily recommend them on customer service alone, but would also add I'm very happy with the products I purchased for the prices I paid. Will order again.

Their products are great, and so well made. They also provided me such good customer service, problem was solved over emails in a matter of minutes, best costumer service I’ve had from an online brand!

Hi! I ordered a set and received a wrong size for the bra in the set. The customer service was amazing though and the person that handled my message was super nice and resolved the issue immediately for me! The products are of a nice quality as well!

I love this company and everything it stands for! I’ve just received my first monthly set, and I’m absolutely obsessed. 

The quality is definitely there, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the designs.
Through my own fault, I ordered the wrong size, and when I emailed to have future orders amended to the correct size, they responded very quickly and even offered to send me the current set in the right size without me asking.

I’m very excited to see what the December monthly set holds, and I recommend Unndr to all of my friends. It’s a lovely self care bundle in my opinion.

After ordering a few bits for my wife, Evri lost my parcel. After submitting a request with unndr, I had an email within half an hour, an hour later they had sent out a replacement. The customer service received has been incredible!!

I have to say that the customer service I received was second to none! After not receiving my parcel due to a courier issue (stupid evri), I emailed them and the person I spoke to has been incredibly lovely! I hadn’t received my parcel from another site for the same issue, and looking at how different the responses to my email just goes to show how rare and personable the brand is. I will definitely shop again and the customer service I received is one of the main reasons. It’s nice to know you’re buying from a brand with real people on the other end!

I just received my box with a beautiful set. The website is amazing and easy to use the measuring guild lines are amazing and easy to personalise to the size I needed. The set it self are amazing quality the material is slick and really comfy. I can’t wait for my next box

I couldn’t recommend Unndr enough! The subscription service is great and every set I’ve received has been gorgeous. The customer service is also fantastic, after having problems with the courier they couldn’t have done more to assist and resolve the situation 🫶🏼

I’ve seen some people complain about them not accepting returns/swaps but it’s underwear! No shop would do that - it’d be so unhygienic!😂

The designs are different each month so of course might not be to everyone’s taste, but that’s life! I’ve loved both of my sets so far, and get super excited for my surprise set every month!😻 The previous sets on the website are GORGEOUS - I might need to treat myself to an extra set👀
