    Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

    Our shipping team double checks every product and carefully packs every order to make sure you receive your order in pristine condition. Please ensure that all details in your order are correct prior to submitting your order.

    Once an order is submitted to UNNDR.COM we will not be able to make any changes.

    We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If for any reason this is not the case, please get in touch with us at hey@unndr.com and we'll be happy to help. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your set, along with a brief description and images showing the defect/fault. 

    For defective orders, we endeavour to issue your refund within 3-5 business days once we receive your return package. The time frame for your refund is based on your financial institution, get in touch with your bank for further information on processing times.

    Please note the shipping cost for returns (£3.15) are not included in the refund amount.
