Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Once an order is submitted to UNNDR.COM we will not be able to make any changes.
Our shipping department double checks every product and carefully packs every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition. Please be sure that all details in your order are correct before submitting your order for processing.
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If there is a manufacturing fault with your garment you are more than welcome to email us at hey@unndr.com for return authorisation. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving item, along with a brief description and images showing the defect/fault.
If for any reason a refund is granted, we will issue your refund within 3-5 business days once we receive your return package. Please note the shipping cost for returns (£3.15) is not included in the refund amount. The time frame for your refund to post to your bank account is based on your financial institution. You may contact your bank regarding specific time frames.
